test design just became a measured agent outcome. testin's xagent, shown september 14, lifts test design speed by 85%, key-scenario coverage by 300% and cuts script maintenance labor by 30% with multimodal agents.
the test engineer's job is now reviewing coverage, not writing it.
Context
Testin's XAgent page, undated and in Chinese with 2026 copyright, lists test design speed up 85 percent, test design coverage up 300 percent, testing labor input down 30 percent and CI automated execution success rate up 35 percent. It describes full-process automation from requirement analysis to case design, script generation, execution and result analysis. Two Chinese-language reports dated November 2025, seen in snippets only, repeat a 300 percent efficiency claim.
The 85 and 300 percent are stated on the vendor page with no method, baseline, sample size or customer evidence, so they are vendor-reported and not independent. The page says test design coverage and testing labor input, while the note says key-scenario coverage and script maintenance labor, which are narrower than the source. Multimodal agents was not found in the page text. The page is undated and the same figures appear in November 2025 snippets, so these are older claims restated, and shown on 14 September is unverified. That the test engineer's job is now reviewing coverage is the author's opinion.

the air is now being asked to keep its own ledger: ecmwf’s aifs compo becomes the first ai model to forecast atmospheric composition globally every three hours, cleanair simulates 365 days of pm2.5 over china in ten seconds, and a unified framework maps six pollutants at one kilometer across the whole country. the air now files its own composition report.

the current is now being asked to draw its own map: china’s langya 2.0 predicts six ocean phenomena including internal waves and mesoscale eddies, a deep net called wenhai resolves eddies globally with air sea flux formulas built in, and scripps infers surface currents from the way temperature patterns deform in satellite images. the ocean now files its own circulation report.

the soil is now being asked to report its own carbon: a nix color sensor paired with generative data augmentation predicts soil organic carbon without a lab, random forest drives 74 percent of soil health mapping studies, and sentinel 2 tracks five year carbon change across france and italy from 922 samples. the dirt now files its own carbon account.
