the llm knowledge platform just started maintaining itself. tencent's weknora, trending with 27k stars this week, turns raw documents into queryable rag and an autonomous reasoning agent.
the knowledge base became a worker.
Context
The WeKnora README describes it as an open-source, LLM-powered knowledge framework from Tencent with RAG quick Q&A, a ReAct agent that autonomously orchestrates retrieval, MCP tools, a tenant skill catalog, session-persistent sandboxes and web search, and a self-maintaining Wiki called Auto-Wiki. It lists auto-sync from Feishu, GitLab, Tencent IMA, Notion and Yuque and a versioned changelog through v0.7.2. The repository description reads turn raw documents into a queryable RAG, an autonomous reasoning agent, and a self-maintaining Wiki. The repository page snapshot shows 23,346 stars.
Maintaining itself corresponds to the Auto-Wiki feature, and the extent of its autonomy, human review, triggers and error handling was not described in the text read. The license is listed as Other and its terms were not read. The 27,000 stars in the note is not matched by any snapshot read, which show 19,199, 21,264 and 23,346, and a September 13 post says 22,000. These are different windows, a current count does not refute an earlier 27,000 window, and a star count is not a release date. The knowledge base became a worker is the author's take. An earlier note covers the same project.

the current is now being asked to draw its own map: china’s langya 2.0 predicts six ocean phenomena including internal waves and mesoscale eddies, a deep net called wenhai resolves eddies globally with air sea flux formulas built in, and scripps infers surface currents from the way temperature patterns deform in satellite images. the ocean now files its own circulation report.

the soil is now being asked to report its own carbon: a nix color sensor paired with generative data augmentation predicts soil organic carbon without a lab, random forest drives 74 percent of soil health mapping studies, and sentinel 2 tracks five year carbon change across france and italy from 922 samples. the dirt now files its own carbon account.
